Water, Sewer, and Garbage Service Application

If you are a new resident of Minier and are needing water, sewer, and garbage service, please complete the form below. Along with your application, please submit a color copy of your driver's license and a $100 meter deposit payment. The meter deopsit can be paid with cash or check made out the Village of Minier. Completed applications, supporting documents, and meter deposit payments can be submitted to the Village Office, the 24 hour drop box located at the Village Office, or mailed to PO Box 350.
