CHRISTIMAS IN MINIER 2017

Christmas Parade Entry Form

Kiwanis
CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS
150 YEARS

It’s never too early to think about Christmas even though the weather is still warm. So, the Olympia Kiwanis Club is busy making preparations for the 2017 parade.

This year’s Christmas Parade will culminate Minier’s year-long celebration of its Sesquicentennial.  Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 2nd when the parade will step off at 2 p.m. on north Main Street.  Father Minier and Santa will be on hand for the celebration.

Churches, clubs, organizations and businesses are encouraged to build a float to enter in the parade to help celebrate the season and Minier’s Sesquicentennial Float entries can be made online at http://www.minier.com/.  Floats will be judged for cash prizes.

Again this year, a home business and craft fair will be held at the Masonic Lodge on Main Street starting at 11 a.m.

After the parade, Father Minier, Santa and Parade Super Heroes will be at the Fire Station to greet children.

Make sure to spend this special day in Minier.
